We understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. At TWENTY Academy, we do our best to accommodate our students while maintaining the structure and quality of our training courses.

Refunds

All TWENTY Academy courses are non-refundable. Once a course is booked and payment is received, your space is secured and cannot be cancelled for a refund under any circumstances.

The course takes place at Lady Luck Studio in Balcombe, West Sussex (RH17 6PH) — the stunning salon founded and run by TWENTY’s Head of Education, Lauren Jones. During your time here, you’ll experience the energy of a real working salon and gain first-hand insight into what it takes to run a busy, successful business.

Set in the heart of the Mid Sussex countryside, Balcombe is a picturesque village with excellent transport links. The training studio is walkable from Balcombe Station which offers direct trains to Brighton, London Victoria, and London Bridge.

For those driving, the studio offers limited parking. Free on-street parking is also available.
